Competitive Salary - £38 - 42k & annual bonus

My client are a market leading multi million pound leisure/hospitality business trading nationwide from a network of high profile locations. They pride themselves on being at the forefront of innovation.

Due to agressive expansion plans we are looking to secure the services of a high calibre individual with a proven track record in product/category management and strategy.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
*Full account management of supply partners, undertaking a proactive approach to regular contact, and managing against contractual KPIs
*Source and negotiate the best possible supply partnerships
*Working with the admin and finance team, to ensure all retro payments, listing fees, activation funds and rebates are invoiced and paid in a timely manner
*To work in conjunction with the Pricing manager in building and evaluating our pricing policies by product, including any research and insight by category, competitors and market trends
*Reviewing product performance, setting out any areas of concern, recommendations, and working through the support managers to achieve the required results
*Maintenance of a strong supply chain, making certain we have maximum availability of product at all times. This will include identifying sales trends, forecasting and managing any localised needs as required.
*Reviewing our ongoing menu proposition in line with our core strategic objectives. This will involve the structure and planning of category development days, menu tasting, and competitor / industry analysis
*Working with fellow department heads to have planned activities in line with our business calendar, maximising the benefit of supplier funding, along with their evaluation post-campaign

Required Experience:
*Ability to evidence a background in product sourcing within the leisure, casual dining and family entertainment sector
*3+ years previous experience in a similar product, senior account management and/or procurement role in a fast paced, commercially focused business
*Proven experience of contract tenders, negotiating at board level
*Skilled in senior account management, partnership optimisation, including marketing campaign execution
*Excellent computer skills (advanced excel, planning/forecasting tools)
*Strong problem solving analytical and evaluation skills
*Evidence of an innovative approach in a dynamic business
