An exciting opportunity has risen in the world's largest Logistics and Supply chain business. They are a global entity and this could be your first step up the ladder to really progress in a Global organisation.

This role is a 6 months contract to help with that will happen after Brexit however this could go permanent for the right person!

We are recruiting for a Helpdesk Customer Service Executive/Helpdesk Support/ Help Desk Support Consultant paying £20k-£23k OTE 5% Bonus based in Berkshire/Slough/Colnbrook.

This department helps B2B Customers with the electronic tools necessary to automate their shipping processes, comprising, Address and data management, Document / label production
Electronic bookings and manifesting.

In simple terms what will you be doing?

*You will be receiving outbound calls from this brands B2B Customers
*You will be trouble shooting and helping them with any Technical queries they may have
*You may need to take calls out of hours but will be paid an incentive of £170 for that!
*You will be working the hours of 8am-5:30pm or 9-4:30pm
*You will be taking around 35 calls a day which will keep you busy!
*You DO NOT need technical experience, Help desk experience is advantages but you just need to have the desire to want to learn, progress and a great attitude.
*Responsible for problem ownership and be the point of resolution for technical issues to ensure all customer problems are solved in the shortest timescale.
*Handle complex issues and objections.

You must drive as the location will not be easy to get to on public transport.


*Must be able to demonstrate good communications skills and the ability to communicate at all levels with technical and non-technical staff.
*Proven Customer Service skills and experience of dealing with and resolving difficult customer issues.
*Must be able to work well as part of a small team and independently with minimum supervision and direction.
Knowledge of Service desk systems such as HP Service Desk and associated tools.
