HR INFORMATION SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR SOUGHT BY GLOBAL LUXURY RETAILER.

My Client is one of the world's most successful retailers. They continue to show strong annual growth despite the current environment , as they focus on a strong product offer backed by innovative marketing. As part of their continued improvement, they are mid -way through a massive overhaul of their IT systems and this has created a role for an HR Administrator who is used to working within an IT environment.

YOU MUST HAVE:

*Experience within an IT systems environment
*Proven understanding of relational databases, preferably Oracle databases
*Ability to query databases using SQL language and Toad application
*Excellent PC literacy skills including advanced level of competency with MS Office and advanced VBA skills
*Proven ability to update d/bases and maintain records of this type
*Understanding of Security Policy and effective management of user profiles
*Analysis and Design of solutions
*User Acceptance Testing experience required
*Pro-active & committed work ethic
*Strong problem solving skills
*Excellent communication skills
*Concern for order & quality with a good attention to detail
*Ability to liaise with resolvers to achieve results that balance business & user requirements
*Experience in similar procedures preferable but not essential as on the job training will be provided.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES;

Assist the Business systems team in the support and management of administration of the central Systems currently:
*Time & Attendance
*Labour Planning & Scheduling
*Oracle EBS - HRIS
*Oracle EBS - Financials
*Connect - SAP
*Business reporting
Maintain up to date 'end user' documentation and training; ensuring that all users have a level of training in the use of the systems as required
Continue to broaden knowledge of technical expertise in order to improve support services and assist with the System Administration role
Assist with developing new user reports
Assist Project Manager business systems with various current/future Finance and HR projects
