My client has had phenomenal success within the telecoms sector over the last 10 years. Due to their ongoing expansion, they are looking for a Business Development Executive to join their successful team in either London or Manchester. Salary £35k + £55k OTE, hybrid working.

What does the role look like?
As a Business Development Executive within the Commercial division, you will be key to delivering the next stage of connectivity across the UK. You will be engaging with sites directly and with property stakeholders to identify new business development opportunities so that can be delivered to more businesses within the area. This role has great career progression into a Business Development Manager after 15-18 months, if you are ambitious and hungry for success.

You must have:
* 1+ year experience in a B2B Business Development Executive role, doing the full 360 sales process
* Has an understanding about how to listen and handle objections.
* Excellent presentation skills.
* Tenacious and determined to deliver results, with the ability to self-motivate.
* Demonstrate consultative sales approach

Key responsibilities:
* Identifying target sites and engaging directly with Property Stakeholders and Owners, Building Managers as well as residents of multi dwelling properties.
* Proactively building and managing a sales pipeline.
* Build and manage a network of relationships to ease new business development.
* Communicate with all levels from Caretakers, Concierges, Property Manager, residents’ associations, residents & freeholder.
* Establish and build good working relationships within internal stakeholders to aid successful deployment of sites.
