– Our client is a well established, highly regarded manufacturer of purified water dispensers, bottling systems, filters and associated products, designed to replace expensive, wasteful bottled products & enhance employee well being, increase sustainability, reduce the environmental impact & increase brand awareness, by adding your company logo to the dispensers, bottles and glasses.


– As Business Development Manager, Area Sales Manager, you will be selling water purification capital equipment products, in the shape of stylishly designed, plumbed in chrome taps, that dispense still, sparkling & boiled water, along with the clients branded bottling systems.

– The Business Development Manager, Area Sales Manager will typically be selling these on 3-5 year rental contracts, that include the full maintenance of the kit.

– You will be targeting Hotels, offices, restaurants, catering companies, corporate end users, such as banks, law forms, car showrooms, leisure clubs, sports stadia, Industry etc.

– As Business Development Manager, Area Sales Manager, you will aim to influence multiple decision makers at each potential account and will be selling to HR Managers, Facilities Managers, Operations Directors, General Managers, Business owners etc.

– The average contract value is £8K and you’ll be targeted to sell 5 units per month. They offer a commission accelerator, so the more you sell, the higher your % of commission. The top earner in the team is on target to earn £70K this year.

– You will be covering South West London, South London and South East London postcodes, Kent, Surrey, Sussex and Middlesex.

– This is a new business led sales role, with a high call rate.


– The successful Business Development Manager, Area Sales Manager will have strong negotiation skills, be self motivated, a good networker, with good interpersonal skills.

– You will be results orientated, with a demonstrable track record of field sales success.

– Our client is open to the candidates background and has recruited from catering equipment, capital equipment, office equipment, general construction, business services, hospitality and leisure.

– £28,000-£32,000 Basic. Monthly uncapped commission, giving an ote of £47K++ in Year 1. The top performer who has been there approx 16 months is on target for £70K this year!

– Fully expensed Ford Focus Titanium or £8K car allowance, plus £1k for insurance.

– 22 days holiday, plus 8 Bank holidays.
