– They sell MEV, MVHR, dMEV, Extract centrifugal, used in new build projects such as Care Homes, High rise apartments, student accommodation, general housing etc.

– They have a multi-million pounds turnover and offer excellent training, support and career advancement.


– As Business Development Manager, Specification sales executive, you’ll be selling our clients manufactured range of domestic fans, ducting and ventilation solutions, such as Mechanical Extract ventilation (MEV), Mechanical Ventilation with Heat Recovery (MVHR), Decentralised Mechanical Extract Ventilation (dMEV), Extract axial, extract centrifugal.

– Selling to Mechanical and Electrical consultants, Building services engineers & mechanical specifiers, architects, house builders & developers.

– These fans and ducting solutions are used in bathroom, toilet, kitchen, utility rooms or whole house projects, across general house building, student accommodation, high rise apartments, care homes etc.

– One day per week you’ll be planning, 4 days per week on the road. Projects could range from £500 to £150k+.

– As Business Development Manager, Specification sales executive, you’ll be covering Bromley, Canterbury, Dartford, Maidstone, Croydon, Reigate, South East London, East London, EC, E, N and IG postcodes,Tunbridge Wells, Romford, Southend, Chelmsford, Colchester, in essence, East Sussex, Kent, South East London, East London, North East London, North London and Essex.


– The successful Business Development Manager, specification sales executive will have a successful track record of sales success with M&E consultants, mechanical engineers, building services engineers, mechanical specifiers & House builders and developers.

– You will be a strong relationship builder, with drive and enthusiasm and a successful track record of sale success.

– You will have experience in HVAC, plumbing, heating or controls, or any product sold through the M&E consultant & specifier.

– You must be a good team player, as you will work in tandem with the distribution led sales team.

– You will be career focused as our client has ambitious expansion plans and a track record of promoting successful employees.

– This is their most successful sales territory, so you must be able to talk confidently about the projects that you’ve won and the strong relationships that you have with M&E consultants & specifiers. If you have a ptr with any commercial HVAC manufacturer, then that’ll be hugely advantageous.


– £35,000- £45,000 basic salary dependent on experience.

– Up to £27k commission potential for outstanding sales achievement, paid monthly, quarterly and annually.

– Ford Mondeo type company car.

– 25 days holiday, plus 8 bank holidays.
