CHIEF OPERATIONS OFFICER SOUGHT BY WELL KNOWN INTERNATIONAL RETAILER AS THEY CONTINUE TO DEVELOP THEIR BRAND
THIS IS A KEY HIGH LEVEL ROLE FOR THIS ICONIC BRAND

My Client is very successful and long-established retailer who is now looking for a Chief Operations Officer for their successful multi-channel business.
Heading up the UK’s senior management team ,and reporting into the CEO, this role will help determine the future direction of the business, and also ensure that it is running as smoothly as possible.

Focusing on three key areas – retail operations(including ecommerce), logistics and production, and buying and merchandising – you will be a very experienced senior manager who can bring the gravitas of past experience to develop the business.
Whilst you will develop new ideas and challenge existing concepts, you will also ensure that the brand will continue to reflect the brand’s unique heritage.

Key factors are:

-experience of a similar role within retail
– experience of fashion, homewares or similar would be useful
– used to managing senior management
– full budgeting experience
– extensive understanding of retail operating systems incorporating supply chain and IT.
