My Client is one of the UK’s leading multi-brand luxury e-retailers who is now looking for a Customer Care Assistant to join their Head Office Team.

We are looking for someone who is excited about making sure each customer interaction with our brand is true to our core values, and who is comfortable working for a small team in a fast-paced environment. The main functions of this role include but are not limited to the following:
*Provide exceptional client interactions through email, social media, live chat and phone support.
*Be an advocate for our customers and work to continuously communicate their feedback to the appropriate teams in the organization.
*Assist with order management flow and E-commerce operations as needed.
*Explain garments in detail including all features and benefits
*Handle returns or complaints
*Answer product related questions, solve customer needs and concerns and facilitate manual orders
*Achieve a high level of customer service satisfaction for Online and Instore customers
*Continue to develop customer loyalty programs and techniques to ensure repeat business
*Constantly look to improve customer service performance and report suggested improvements to senior management
*
The Person
*At least 1 year of work experience within the fashion industry, preferably in e-commerce, customer service, or retail.
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
*Passion about outstanding customer experience and putting the customer first
*Ability to demonstrate empathy and build rapport with customers even in complicated situations to build trust
*Additional languages are a plus
