My client is a well-established retailer who are extremely passionate about what they do, with amazing products on offer their stores and online business is the go to place for those all-important gifts. They pride themselves creating an environment that is fun, welcoming and one where you will continue to shop time and time again.

They are in the need for an experienced STORE MANAGER who can lead their team in HENLEY ON THAMES. Within this role, you will be accountable for managing a team; recruiting, training, succession planning and performance managing. In order to create the in store environment that they customers expect each visit.

You will be a people person, leading form the front, demonstrating the brands visions and values each and every day. You must be passionate about what you do and what you sell. Have a commercial eye that enables you to think quickly, to maximise profitability, and of course be target driven with a want to not only achieve targets but to smash them!

YOU MUST HAVE:

*Minimum 2 years’ experience in retail – preferably in gifting/ fashion/ stationary.
*Visual merchandising experience – ability to make commercially minded moves.
*Excellent communication skills – verbally and written.
*Experience in driving and exceeding targets.
*Passion to be a hands on manager – 100% shop floor focused.
*Proven background in training and developing staff.
*Ability to manage stock and reduce stock lose.
