HR Business Partner wanted for a Hospitality Business

6 Month FTC, IMMEDIATE START!

location: Central London

Salary: up to £60k

Working closely with the Group Director of Human Resources, the HR Business Partner (UK) will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management for our multisite restaurant business in the UK as well as providing HR support to the head office team in London. This includes developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and programs to attract, retain, and develop top talent. The HR Business Partner will collaborate with senior leadership and department managers to ensure alignment with the company’s goals and values.

Responsibilities:
* In line with the Group HR Strategic framework, develop and execute HR strategies and
initiatives that align with the company’s overall business objectives in the UK..
* Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance
management, career development, and offboarding.
* Oversee the implementation and administration of HR policies, procedures, and programs to
ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
* Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including
employee relations, performance issues, and conflict resolution.
* Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive work culture
and improve employee satisfaction.
* Monitor and analyse HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
* Provide support to the Group Director of Human Resources on any HR project work or
initiatives.
* Stay updated on industry best practices and legal requirements to ensure HR policies and
practices are up to date.

Qualifications:

* Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience
* Extensive knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
* Experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry is highly desirable, but not
essential.
* Strong leadership and people skills, with the ability to build effective
relationships at all levels of the organization.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
* Professional HR certification (CIPD) is a plus.
