Overview

Sales Administrator wanted for a Luxury Brand

Location: Maidenhead

Salary: £25,000-£30,000k

To provide high quality and prompt administrative support to the Planning & Sales teams within this Luxury brand.

Job responsibilities:

*Providing support to the Sales Team where necessary, checking availability of stock and
working with retailer merchandising teams to allocate stock and manage orders.
*Maintain the SAP system and carry out all administrative tasks, as well as raising and
maintaining sales orders for all Seiko products.
*Working in conjunction with Customer Service, distribution and warehouse teams.
*Assist Sales with samples, including keeping sample cupboards up-to-date and maintaining a
comprehensive stock list.
*Preparing samples for customer meetings.
* Be a point of contact for customers for general enquiries such as stock availability,
order status, etc.
* Provide relevant specification information and images for retailers’ selections,
following bi-annual selection meetings.
* To assist marketing with updating product schedule file, ensuring information provided on
new products is the latest.
* To help prepare for, and participate in, sales meetings as and when required.
* To assist sales and marketing projects as required such as retail incentives, planograms
and new display projects as required.
* Take full responsibility for the administration of all national accounts.
* To assist with other duties as necessary and provide relief cover as required.

Candidate Profile:

*Excellent organisational and administrative skills
*Very strong Excel skills (comfortable with pivot tables, VLOOKUP’s and handling large data
tables).
*Sound numerical skills
*Excellent communication skills
*Strong skills in Word and Outlook
*Operational experience of SAP advantageous but not essential
*Demonstration of being able to deliver to agreed timescales
*Results orientated
*Knowledge of retail operational environment advantageous but not essential
