My client is seeking a dynamic and motivated Luxury Retail Supervisor to join their team. As a Luxury Retail Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the exceptional service and presentation of their luxury retail store. You will lead a team of retail associates, provide guidance, and strive to exceed customer expectations while maintaining a strong brand image.

Responsibilities:

1. Team Leadership:
– Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of retail associates.
– Set clear performance expectations and provide regular feedback.
– Conduct training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.

2. Customer Service:
– Ensure an exceptional customer experience by greeting and assisting customers.
– Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
– Maintain a welcoming and luxurious in-store atmosphere.

3. Visual Merchandising:
– Oversee the visual presentation of the store, ensuring products are displayed attractively.
– Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock replenishment.
– Collaborate with the visual merchandising team to create captivating displays.

4. Sales and Performance:
– Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
– Analyse sales data and trends to identify opportunities for growth.
– Drive sales through up-selling and cross-selling strategies.

5. Store Operations:
– Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
– Manage cash registers and handle daily cash reconciliation.
– Assist in the implementation of company policies and procedures.

6. Inventory Management:
– Assist in receiving and managing inventory shipments.
– Conduct regular stock checks and report discrepancies.
– Collaborate with management to optimize stock levels.

Qualifications:
– Previous retail supervisory or management experience in luxury retail is preferred.
– Strong passion for luxury brands and products.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Proven ability to lead and inspire a team.
– Detail-oriented and able to maintain high visual merchandising standards.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
– Basic knowledge of inventory management and point-of-sale systems.
– Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
