We’re looking for a Transport Supervisor who is happy to work Monday to Friday, 6am till 3pm in our busy hub in Slough.

The idea of this role is to work closely with the Transport Manager & Operations Manager by working with your team to ensure their are continued high standards, continued customer satisfaction and a highly engaged team who represent our brand to the highest level. Working through our transport office you’ll be driven to manage productivity, breed quality, insist on a secure working culture and manage KPI’s related to cost, productivity and standards.

Customer satisfaction is at the heart of everything we do and you’ll be a brand representative in that respect. You’ll have direct responsibility for your team and how they are managed and motivated. You’ll need to be well organised and have great planning skills, you’ll be a strong communicator and be able to communicate at all levels throughout our business. You’ll also be responsible for the care of our vehicles and so experience in mechanics or vehicle maintenance would be a huge benefit.

You will need experience of having worked within a similar environment, there are a number of compliance guidelines working within our industry sector that will mean you needs to understand the required processes, guidelines, data capture and legal requirements. Experience of working to strict financial guidelines would also be a huge benefit to you as you’ll be required to support the Transport manager in managing the budgets of your department.

You must have a Class 1 Licence to be a successful applicant.
