Description

- Do you sell to M&E contractors in West London, Middlesex, Bucks, Berks or Oxon? Do you have a demonstrable track record of M&E led construction sales success? Outstanding opportunity to join a highly ambitious fans & ventilation manufacturer, offering a potential £70k+ package? If so, we have the role for you. Field Sales, BDM, Up to £45K basic, plus up to £22k+ in commission, company car, 25 days holiday, pension scheme.

- THE COMPANY;

- Our client is a highly regarded, innovative, ambitious manufacturer of domestic fans and ventilation.

- They sell MEV, MVHR, dMEV, Extract centrifugal, used in new build projects such as Care Homes, High rise apartments, student accommodation, general housing etc.

- They have a multi-million pounds turnover and offer excellent training, support and career advancement.

- THE ROLE;

- As Business Development Manager, Area Sales Manager, you'll be selling our clients manufactured range of domestic fans, ducting and ventilation solutions, such as Mechanical Extract ventilation (MEV), Mechanical Ventilation with Heat Recovery (MVHR), Decentralised Mechanical Extract Ventilation (dMEV), Extract axial, extract centrifugal.

- Selling to M&E contractors, Main contractors, property developers and design and build contractors, plumbing and heating contractors, engineers, electricians 70% of the time and then back-selling via your national and independent plumbers merchants, builders merchants, electrical wholesalers and specialist stockists the remaining 30%.

- These fans and ducting solutions are used in bathroom, toilet, kitchen, utility rooms or whole house projects, across general house building, student accommodation, high rise apartments, care homes etc.

- One day per week you'll be planning, 4 days per week on the road. Typically conducting 4 face to face meetings per day. Projects could range from £500 to £150k+.

- The role will likely be 70% in-front of the contractor and 30% back-selling via the plumbers merchant, electrical wholesaler and distributor.

- As Business Development Manager, Area Sales Manager, you'll be covering West London, Middlesex, Buckinghamshire, Berkshire and Oxfordshire, so essentially, Uxbridge, Hammersmith, Chiswick, Shepherds Bush, Muswell Hill, High Wycombe, Watford, Hemel Hempstead,Slough, Reading and Oxford.

- THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE;

- The successful Business Development Manager, Area Sales Manager will have a successful track record of sales success with M&E Contractors, Main contractors, property developers and distributors.

- You will be a strong relationship builder, with drive and enthusiasm and a successful track record of sale success.

- You will have experience in HVAC, plumbing, heating or controls, or any product sold through the M&E contractor.

- You must be a good team player, as you will work in tandem with the distribution led sales team.

- You will be career focused as our client has ambitious expansion plans and a track record of promoting successful employees.

- This is their most successful sales territory, so you must be able to talk confidently about the projects that you've won and the strong relationships that you have with M&E contractors and specialist distributors. If you have a ptr with any commercial HVAC manufacturer, then that'll be hugely advantageous.

- THE REMUNERATION;

- £35,000- £45,000 basic salary dependent on experience.

- Up to £22k+ commission potential for outstanding sales achievement, paid monthly, quarterly and annually.

- Ford Mondeo type company car.

- 25 days holiday, plus 8 bank holidays.
