A BRIEF HISTORY
Since 1995 we have specialised in both the retail sector and supplying sales professionals. In retail we work with many big high street names as well as niche luxury brands for both store and head office roles. In sales we work with many different verticals including IT, Technology, Logistics, Media and Advertising. We have experienced being an independent company to being part of one of the largest global recruitment businesses and then a return to our roots following a management buyout in 2013.

Salaries range from £24k – 40k dependant on experience with an uncapped commission scheme. Our high performing culture allows you to earn exactly what you want.
Basic salary increases are controlled by you! We have a fantastic scheme whereby you earn more on the base by hitting standardised quarterly targets and it’s open to everyone.
Personal monthly and quarterly over performance is recognised with retail vouchers from wherever you choose. Annual team over performance in 2021 is a trip to Paris via Eurostar!
We have all learned to work from home but most of us want a hybrid option, so we ask you to be in the office 1-2 days a week to socialise with your colleagues and work from home the rest. We are also flexible on childcare drop off and pick up.
Training & development
We provide an all-encompassing induction, recruitment skills refresher training and ongoing personal development programme with ideas gained from external experts.
Our current charity fund raising helps a Ugandan children’s orphanage and school called Mityana where we contribute to the management of their new database as they further professionalise.
