What You’ll Do:
* Lead, motivate, and develop your team to deliver exceptional service
* Support full store operations and ensure commercial targets are met
* Drive sales performance, KPIs, and customer conversion
* Deliver ongoing coaching so your team shine as true brand ambassadors
* Support promotional activity to boost engagement and footfall

What We’re Looking For:
* Experience as an Assistant Manager or Store Manager leading teams between 10-20+
* Strong track record in sales growth and team leadership
* A customer-first approach with a proactive, hands-on attitude
* Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends
