Overview

An organisation that has grown from strength to strength offers a one stop bespoke solution to large IT organisations. We are looking for a Senior Key Account Manager/Account Director who will be reporting directly into the Founders. Paying £50k-£60k OTE £80K.

They are opening offices across the UK and this role will be based in South West London in the Wandsworth, Colliers Wood & Tooting Area.

What will you be doing?
*Overall responsibility of the client portfolio within their business unit and associated monthly revenue targets – about 10 Clients
*Responsible for client success, ensuring programmes and campaigns are delivered on time, on budget and to target
*Direct the strategic growth of your clients
*Provide a senior and ‘industry expert’ point of contact to offer strategic direction and management of your clients
*Work on account growth plans – including continuations, renewals, identification of net new opportunities
*Create and present campaign review presentations and proposals, ensuring they are of the highest standard
*Lead a team of one client facing account manager and one non-client facing account executive
*Indirectly manage the service delivery team for your client campaigns / programmes

What are we looking for?

*Experience in senior client facing roles, ideally Account Director level
*Agency experience
*Commercially minded
*Proactive self-starter
*Great communicator, positive energy and ability to motivate and inspire
*Organised, excellent attention to detail and focused on getting things done
*Strategic thinker who is also willing to roll their sleeves up
*People management experience as you will manage x 2 Account Managers
*You must have sold a bespoke service in the past
*Account Directors within Recruitment or IT Tech Account Directors would be desirable

This is a fun, exciting and fast paced job which suits relationship builders who are socialable, enjoy travel, like listening, thinking and planning and can creatively solve problems and plan marketing programs.

You will be measured on retaining a revenue number and achieving growth of that number through cross and up-selling.

This is a Strategic role, we are after a Senior Account Manager! Your title will be an Account Director, you will report into the founders and manage 2 Account managers.
