Overview
AMAZON ACCOUNT MANAGER WANTED FOR AN INTERNATIONAL FMCG BUSINESS
Salary: £45-55k
Location: Hybrid
Primary Responsibilities:
Omni-Channel Supply Chain Management:
Analyze sales data to forecast stock requirements accurately.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely product shipments.
Optimize inventory levels to prevent stockloss and excess inventory.
Develop and implement a global logistics strategy to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
Monitor and manage product returns and removals.
Conduct market research to identify trends and demand patterns.
Communicate with internal departments to coordinate inventory and logistics.
Implement best practices for inventory management and forecasting.
Continuously identify and implement process improvements in inventory planning.
Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) Operations:
Oversee the FBA operations process to ensure timely and accurate product delivery.
Coordinate with Amazon Seller Central to manage inventory, orders, and shipments.
Monitor FBA performance metrics and implement strategies to optimize performance.
Resolve any issues related to FBA operations, including inventory discrepancies and order fulfillment delays.
Collaborate with internal teams to align FBA operations with overall supply chain strategies.
Compliance Management:
Ensure all products sold on various channels comply with local regulatory requirements and quality standards.
Monitor and interpret regulatory changes affecting Amazon seller accounts globally.
Develop and implement compliance strategies to meet regulatory standards.
Manage product documentation and certification processes.
Ensure quality control measures to maintain product safety and integrity.
React promptly to consumer safety complaints and potential listing take-downs.
Candidate Profile;
Proven experience in managing Amazon Accounts, supply chain management, FBA operations, and regulatory compliance within the e-commerce industry.
Strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central and FBA operations.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of product regulations and quality assurance.
Experience in managing compliance processes is a plus.
