– Schedule consultations between prospective clients and our Sales Representatives.
– Maintain a comprehensive log of your calls, including those that were not answered, ensuring accurate records.
– Make diligent efforts to contact prospective clients who you may have been unable to reach initially.

Requirements and Skills:
– Some work experience as an Appointment Setter/lead generator/telesales or similar role.
– Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
– Outstanding listening skills with an acute attention to detail.
– Excellent phone etiquette to ensure professional and effective communication.
