Overview

Do you sell to M&E contractors, main contractors or property developers? Do you have a demonstrable track record of sales success? Up to £32k basic, up to £22k in commission, company car, 25 days holiday, pension scheme.

Our Client:

– Our client is a highly regarded, innovative, ambitious manufacturer of domestic fans and ventilation.
– They sell MEV, MVHR, dMEV, Extract centrifugal, used in new build projects such as Care Homes, High rise apartments, student accommodation, and general housing.
– They are a multi-million pound business and offer excellent training, support and career progression opportunity.

The Role:

– You will be selling our clients manufactured range of domestic fans and ventilation solutions, such as Mechanical Extract ventilation (MEV), Mechanical Ventilation with Heat Recovery (MVHR), Decentralised Mechanical Extract Ventilation (dMEV), Extract axial, extract centrifugal.

– Selling to M&E contractors, Main contractors, property developers and design and build contractors.

– These fans and ducting solutions are used in bathroom, toilets, kitchens, utility rooms or whole house projects, across general house building, student accommodation, high rise apartments, and care homes.

– You will backsell via the national plumber’s merchants & distributors.

– You will be spending 4 days per week on the road, one day per week planning.

– You will be conducting approximately 4 face to face meetings per day. Projects could range from £500 to £150k+.

– This territory covers all of Scotland, but you must be living in the Central Belt as the majority of your time will be spent covering Edinburgh & Glasgow.
The Successful Candidate:

– You will have a successful track record of sales success with M&E Contractors, Main contractors, and property developers.

– You will be a strong relationship builder, with drive and enthusiasm and a successful track record of sale success.

– Ideally you will have experience in HVAC, although excellent training is offered, so this isn’t essential.

– You will be located in the Central Belt with easy access to Glasgow & Edinburgh.

– You will be career focused as our client has ambitious expansion plans and a track record of promoting successful employees.

The Remuneration Package:

– £27k-£32k basic salary

– Up to £22k+ commission potential, paid monthly, quarterly and annually

– Ford Mondeo company car

– 25 days holiday
