An exciting and growing business within Waste Management and sustainability are looking for a Area Sales Manager/Field Sales Executive covering the North East which is from York down to Stockport, Hull, Doncaster, Lincoln, Nottingham. £30k-£50k OTE £12K + Company Car or Car Allowance.
This is a 100% New Business Sales role & the targets are all based on added value, touch points with clients and contacts contacted which will all turn into deals!
Territory: North East which is from York down to Stockport, Hull, Doncaster, Lincoln, Nottingham.Ideally we want someone based in the middle of the patch, so near Doncaster.


What will be the role?

*To create, deliver and review value adding, consultative, sales proposals to prospective customers
*Develop robust strategy to achieve agreed & measurable KPI’s relating to pipeline development and new business acquisition
*Research prospective accounts in target markets, pursue leads and follow through to a successful agreement
*Understand the target markets, including industries, companies, processes, contacts and which market strategies can be used to attract these clients
*Possess a strong understanding of our products, our competition in the industry and positioning
*Follow the latest industry developments and stay up-to-date on corporate competitors
*Generate and qualify leads from a variety of sources
*Live pipeline management – Build sales pipeline, develop and implement sales activity plans across the month and year
*Prepare and deliver regular sales reports and management information as required
*Participate in sales/ business meetings, corporate events and campaigns as required

You will be selling B2B to corporate companies!

Ideally what would work:

*Hazardous Waste Sales (Desirable)
*Logistics, Service lead, Chemical Food Manufacturing waste – service industry
*Knowledge of hazardous waste legislation and supply chain
*Proven track record of winning new business in a competitive environment
*Negotiation with Customers and Suppliers
*Accurate business forecasting
*Solid Commercial knowledge (deal making) and experience of added value sales in the waste and recycling marketplace in the UK
*Effective communicator & inspiring presenter
*Excellent organisational skills with emphasis on priorities and goal setting
*Proficient problem-solving abilities
*We are looking for someone independent who can organise their own virtual meetings & follow the full 360 sales process
