My Client is a charitable organisation, they raise money and encourage reuse and recycling through a nationwide network retail outlets.

SCOPE OF ROLE:

As the Donation Centre Assistant Manager you’ll be responsible for maximising the donations to the centre. You will be the driving force behind the shopping and donating experience that all our customers and donors receive. You’ll lead from the front to maximise performance and make sure the whole operation runs like clockwork.

YOU WILL HAVE:
* Experience in a customer facing role
* Previous experience of managing people
* Previous experience of retail

YOU WILL BE:
* Team leader with ability to use own initiative
* Warm, friendly and engaging personality with a good sense of humour
* An energy and enthusiasm to succeed
* Confident and articulate when speaking to customers
* Ability to carry manual handling duties on a daily basis

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
* To work with the Manager to ensure the retail outlet is efficiently run
* Supervise and provide on-the-job training of staff, as delegated by the Manager
* Assist the Manager in the management, motivation and support of the team to increase
sales and ensure efficiency.
