I am working with a brand who does just that! Based in the South of London, they are looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join their Sports, Marketing, Entertainment and Sponsorship division! £30k-£40k OTE Uncapped.

Are you passionate about Recruitment, want to earn and good OTE & driven!!!
Imagine working with some of the biggest sports brands, Cricket associations, Tennis and Football team. It is not all SPORTS however they work with some of the biggest brands.
We will expect you to use their unique selling point, their accolades and network to get on New Business yourself also, we are after a 360 Recruiter.

Are you able to get in front of Sport brands and network? This brand is a mature and small boutique business who truly have made a difference within the world of Recruitment.

*All members of the team are encouraged & involved in growing the business to help meet its short and longer term financial and growth goals.
*Consultants are expected to work enthusiastically as part of a collaborative team as well as

*Work towards the placing situation that is best for the client and candidate rather than for individual short – term gains.

*Learn and deliver Account Management skills; to work as part of key account management teams to grow existing accounts year on year.

*Work on their business development and new business skills & to demonstrate and deliver new business opportunities.

*Be well read and informed on current affairs, the global economy and opinion research on global talent and recruitment issues.


*Employed basis
*Salary – flexible dependent on experience
*Individual monthly & quarterly commission
*Team Leader coaching after 1 year with the business
*Individual performance appraisal: March/April each year with interim appraisal in October each year.
*Holiday – 26 days paid holiday including 3 days over the Christmas period + UK public holidays
*Hours 9.00am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday with overtime when required.
*The offices have flexible working arrangements that are open 24/07.
*Set up to be able work remotely. Min 3 days in office, Monday, Wed & Thursday. BH weeks they are in Tues, Wed & Thurs
