Basic £25,000 – £35,000 + OTE + car + bens

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced estate agency professional to join this successful multi-site estate agency as a Branch Manager. They are looking for an experienced valuation expert who has a drive to succeed as well as a passion for sales and customer service.

You will have valuation experience, preferably knowledge of Burnley and the surrounding area, and looking for a step up into a management role or you will already have management experience and looking to further develop your career.

The Role

Managing the day-to-day running of the office
Managing and developing teams using your knowledge and experience to ensure staff fulfil their potential and enable them to meet and exceed the targets set
Increasing revenue and profitability through the achievement of business and personal targets
Motivating teams to achieve and surpass KPI’s
Listing and selling properties for both sale and rent

Experience required

Previous experience in an estate agency with valuation experience is essential
Results driven attitude and motivated to exceed targets
Flexible attitude to working to ensure targets are met
Excellent ability to build rapport with buyers and sellers both face-to-face and over the phone
Ability to listen to customers and meet their needs and requirements when buying and selling a property
Desire to develop a long term career in the property industry
Full UK driving license and company car provided
