Overview

Business Development Executive – Field Based – £25-30k basic & £75-100k OTE

Following the highly successful launch of a new product range, my client is looking for an experienced, highly motivated Business Development Executive to spearhead their expansion into the leisure and hospitality arenas.

Key Responsibilities

Identify & target businesses within the hotel, restaurant and leisure industries to develop both single and recurring sales opportunities.

Travel to meet potential customers on-site to discuss their specific requirements.

Build relationships with architectural designers, referrers and specifiers.

Provide expert advice to customers whilst maximising sales opportunities.

Stive always to satisfy and exceed customer expectations.

The successful candidate will have:

A previous & proven background in field sales.

The ability to work at pace and maximise daily outputs.

Exceptional sales and customer relationship building skills at all levels.

A customer service focused mentality.

Excellent communication skills.

The ability to identify and rigorously follow up on new business opportunities.

Strong organisational skills and a key eye for detail.

Strong interpersonal skills – both verbal & written.

A reasonable standard of numeracy.

A full UK drivers’ license.
