An exciting opportunity has come around for a forward-thinking organisation in London who are professional, smaller & have a real personal touch with their clients.
This brand is within Professional services and advisory consultancy. They are after a Business Development Executive/ Sales Executive who can really spot a good opportunity and opens doors to the maximum potential! £30k + 60k OTE which is a percentage of sales/ monthly comms.
LOCATION: LONDON – WFH Until Further Notice. Expenses Paid/ No company car.

Do you have experience within Robotic Automation? Consulting? Business process outsourcing?
Is your specialism finding opportunities from lead generation and being collaborative with your team members to close a sale?
We are looking for strong sales executives to spot opportunities and open doors.
You will be collaborating with the Technical Account Directors who will help operationally but you will be the one taking the business over the line.

The person

You will be a self-starter, able to work without close supervision and have a successful sales track record in the professional services and technology sectors. You will have experience of understanding client needs and challenges and being solution orientated in solving those challenges.

Key responsibilities
*Generate leads and setting up meetings for subject matter experts
*Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
*Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
* Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
*Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
*Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
*Meet or exceed agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
*Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
*Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
*Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
*Coordinate sales effort with marketing programmes
*Maintain accurate client records on our CRM system
*Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
*Continuously improve through feedback
