My client has had phenomenal success within the telecoms sector over the last 10 years. Due to their ongoing expansion, they are looking for a Business Development Executive to join their successful team in West London. Salary £30K-£35k + £55k OTE (uncapped commission).
As a Business Development Executive working in the telecoms sector, you will identify and engage with property stakeholders and sites directly, to qualify and secure new business opportunities. This role has great career progression into a Business Development Manager after 12-18 months, if you are ambitious and hungry for success.

You must have:
* 1+ year experience in a Business Development Executive role, doing the full 360 sales process.
* Dealing and overcoming objections.
* Excellent presentation skills.
* Tenacious and determined to deliver results, with the ability to self-motivate.
* Demonstrate consultative sales approach.
* Exposure to agreeing contracts.
Key responsibilities:
* Identifying target sites and engaging directly with Property Stakeholders and Owners, Building Managers as well as residents of multi dwelling properties.
* Proactively building and managing a sales pipeline.
* Build and manage a network of relationships to ease new business development.
* Communicate with all levels from Caretakers, Concierges, Property Manager, residents’ associations, residents & freeholder.
* Establish and build good working relationships within internal stakeholders to aid successful deployment of sites.
