Overview

A unique opportunity has been created to join a rapidly growing start-up, with headquarters in Paddington, London. This is a multi-national online services provider, who have experienced exponential growth in the last year, and now need a skilled Business Development Manager to further develop their fantastic customer base. Salary: £30k OTE £40k-£50k Year 1 Uncapped Commission.

The role is predominantly new business generation and account management of these new accounts, they key responsibilities are:

*Qualifying and following up on leads (both cold and warm)
*Quoting the prospect client
*Closing the business
*Maintaining the working relationship with the client

You must be a natural relationship builder, with a drive and passion to succeed and grow with a company; while still fairly small, the opportunities for progression within this brand are enormous and senior positions will become available once they are fully established in the marketplace. Every month is a record new month for sales, which have exceeded £500k in 3 months from one BDM! A knowledge and understanding of marketing would be highly advantageous for this role.

The list of potential clients that this product would suit are endless, and you’ll have full scope and control of the leads that you follow; it is estimated that over 600,000 companies can utilise the benefits of this.

To be considered for this fantastic role, you should have previous experience in B2B sales, ideally as a Business Development Manager, Sales Account Manager, Area Sales Manager, or similar. Excellent communication and organisation skills are a must-have for this role, as you will be managing your own clients and diary.

In return, there is a generous base salary of circa £30k for this role, plus a commission structure with a realistic first year OTE of £40-50k in Year 1. Together with this package, the additional benefits include:
