THE COMPANY
My client is a well-established distributor of products to the construction industry with a multi- branch network throughout the UK. They are looking for a Business Development Manager / Area Sales Manager with experience in selling kitchens to sell to Contractors, house builders and local authorities.

THE ROLE
Managing and growing existing accounts
To identify and develop new business to maximise growth of sales
Managing and developing a showroom team across 2 showrooms
Offering product design advice and support
Ensuring high levels of customer service at all times.

KNOWLEDGE/ EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Experience of selling kitchens is essential
Exceptional sales and customer relationship building skills
Management and design experience is preferable
Ability to identify and understand business opportunities and build long term relationships with customers
