– THE COMPANY;

– Our client is a well established, multi-million pounds turnover leader in Water and Air hygiene. Due to growth, they now need a new business focused sales professional for London and the Home Counties.

– THE ROLE;

– The Business Development Manager, Area Sales Manager will be covering London and everything inside the M25, plus some Home Counties.

– You will be selling the services of water treatment & to a lesser extent air hygiene. This includes legionella risk management, water sampling, thermostatic mixing valve servicing, risk assessment for cooling systems, water system & tank chlorination etc.

– The Business Development Manager, Area Sales Manager will be selling into Facilities Management companies, construction companies, end users such as retailers and department stores, Education, schools, colleges, Universities, Hospitals, care homes, GP and Dental surgeries, Hotels, leisure centres etc.

– You are selling contracts that could range from a few hundred pounds, to projects running into £100K+.

– You will receive an initial 2 week induction, including joint calls with the engineers.

– THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE;

– The successful Business Development Manager, Area Sales Manager will be a great relationship builder, new business focused, ambitious, money & success hungry.

– No previous experience in water treatment is necessary as great training is offered. However, experience of selling a Business or construction service would be advantageous.

– You will have access to London and the M25.

– You will be a confident communicator, both face to face and on the phone.

– You’ll offer great customer service & have evidence of sales achievement.

– THE REMUNERATION;

– Basic salary of £20K-£35K dependent on experience.

– Open ended commission scheme, giving likely Year 1 commission of £10k-£25k+. More in Year 2.

– Choice of company car, from Ford Focus, to Audi A6, Mondeo, BMW type.

– 21 days holiday, plus 8 Bank holidays. Mobile, laptop, Pension.
