They are looking for a Business Development Manager/ Key Account Manager, with experience in selling within the construction industry, to sell their range of products to Contractors, house builders and local authorities. THE ROLE
To maximise growth of key accounts within the area
Developing new business opportunities
Offering product advice and support
Ensuring high levels of customer service at all times.

KNOWLEDGE/ EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Previous external sales experience ideally gained within the construction industry
Exceptional sales and customer relationship building skills at all levels
Strong negotiation and facilitation experience with problem solving ability
Ability to identify and understand business opportunities and build long term relationships with customers
