– THE COMPANY;

– Are a well regarded system provider for steel glazed fire, non fire & thermally broken doors, windows & curtain walling.

– THE ROLE;

– As Business Development Manager, Specification Sales executive, you will be selling a leading range of fire, non fire and thermally broken windows, doors, fire screens and curtain walling.

– You will be gaining specifications with the architect, specifier, fabricator and on occasion the end user. Once specified, you pass it on to the contractor led team.

– The Business Development Manager, Specification sales executive will be gaining specifications on projects such as schools, hospitals, commercial offices, hotels and airports. Projects will range in value from £10k- £1million+

– You will be covering Reading, Newbury, Swindon, Oxford, Bath, Bristol, Cardiff, Swansea, Cheltenham, Gloucester and then up to Birmingham.

– You will present regular CPD seminars.

– THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE;

– The successful Business Development Manager, Specification sales executive will ideally have a proven track record of sales success in the windows, doors, curtain walling or building envelope arena- in essence, the fabric of a building.

– You will be project led, a confident presenter, with a demonstrable track record in specification selling.

– You will live on patch and be happy covering a large territory.

– You will have a knowledge of wind loadings’ and the fabric of a building.

– My client will also consider a less experienced candidate with 1 year minimum in specification selling.

– REMUNERATION;

– Basic salary of £30,000- £42,000 dependent on experience.

– £3k-£5k annual bonus.

– Choice of company car- A Class Mercedes, Golf or Honda Civic.
