We are seeking a dynamic and passionate individual to join their team as the Customer Service Manager and play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service to their valued customers.
You must have:
Jewellery experience in a retail environment.
● Proficiency in customer service software and CRM systems.
● A passion for jewellery and an understanding of the luxury retail market
● Proven experience in a customer service leadership role, preferably in the retail or luxury goods industry.
● Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills
Located in the prestigious jewellery quarter in Birmingham, this is a newly created role as my Client continues on its rapid growth path.
