This is a very exciting opportunity, to work for an award-winning, and fast-growing cycling tour agency, who specialise in creating dream holiday/tour packages across many idyllic destinations, such as: Europe, Asia, New Zealand, Africa, and Middle east.

My client is looking for a Post Sales/Customer Service Agent to join a driven team, based in London. The Salary Package is £24K-£25K. The role is working 4 days in the offices, and 1-day WFH. You must be driven, passionate about cycling and travel!

**You must have at least 1+ years’ experience working in a phone-based customer Service role**

What does this role look like?
*provide post sales booking support, with a particular focus on post sales bookings.
*will be booking hotels, bikes and transfers and liaising with suppliers.
* You will also deal with post sales amendments and booking changes.
* You will be speaking to customers and suppliers making changes to bookings, resolving frontline issues,
* Taking payments and ensuring all elements of a booking are fully confirmed
* Working in a fast paced and challenging environment you will always offer a fantastic level of service encouraging customer loyalty and ensuring the brand values are always represented.

You should have:
* High attention to detail is an absolute requirement of the job.
* Previous experience of working in the travel industry with knowledge of both UK and overseas travel would be preferred.
* Previous telephone-based Customer Services experience is essential.
* IT literate with a good knowledge of Google applications preferable.
* Excellent communication skills.
* The ability to problem solve.
* Excellent team player.
* Calm and approachable even when under pressure.
