**HEAD OFFICE ROLE – MON – FRIDAY – FULL TIME – LONDON**

This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading luxury retailer who are looking for a customer service representative to join the head office team in London. Their product offers their client the ultimate in design fashion and statements! They have a forward thinking approach to business and are constantly evolving. They are looking for a customer service representative who has experience working within a head office environment. You will be experienced in dealing with customer enquiries through different communication methods. Your experience will give you the know how and intelligence in managing each enquiry in a unique way in order to give the best solution for the client and the brand. You will have a keen eye for detail, fantastic communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different situation. You will understand the importance of whats a priority and what is important!

YOU MUST BE:

*From a head office/ retail customer service background. Or have a longevity with a retail store environment.
*Understanding of Luxury retail – a clients journey and expectations of high levels of customer service.
*Experienced in handling complaints and enquiries.
*Confident in using computers and different software’s, and all Microsoft applications.
*Can demonstrate the ability to work under pressure, remaining calm and professional at all times.
*Able to welcome change, looking at process’s and embracing new techniques!
*A team player with a eagerness to support colleague in all departments.
