We are seeking a dynamic and passionate individual to join their team as the Customer Service Assistant and play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service to their valued customers.
You must have:
● Previous experience working in customer service or customer experience position
● Strong knowledge of jewellery, with diamonds is advantageous
● Experience handling high volume calls and emails
● Ability work in a fast paced environment
● The ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines without dropping the high standards we maintain
● Working knowledge of basic computer software packages (excel, word, outlook) and Gmail.
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills
● A ” can do attitude” at all times
● Highly organised, ambitious and able to work to company guidelines
● Professional, polite, friendly and tactful approach
Located in the prestigious jewellery quarter in Birmingham, this is a newly created role as my Client continues on its rapid growth path.
