A niche and successful Dental Fit Out business are looking for their next Customer Service Executive to sit within the Service Operations Team! This brand is very forward thinking with the high-tech facilities, equipment, and solutions to offer the NHS, Dental Practises and Private Clients. They are one of the market leaders when it comes to fitting out a Dental Practise with the best equipment, furniture, and service. They are after a Customer Service Support Executive paying £30k + end of year Bonus. Location: NUTHAMPSTEAD/ROYSTON

What will you be doing?

*You will be taking inbound calls, so being confident and articulate on the phone is important!
*You should be able to adapt to different situations with the Clients and direct them to the right department if you can’t resolve the issue.
*You will be liaising with different departments in the business to make sure the issue or query is resolved.
*This will be a very reactive role so you must not get flustered with taking around 50-60 calls.
*You will be working with the Admin and Ops Team
*You will be creating a ticket – a little like a 1st line support role.
*You will be in the office everyday for this role – HOURS: 8AM-5PM
