A niche business with a very popular concept in North London are looking for an Admin Assistant /Administrator paying £27k-£30k.

Location: Closest Tube: Finchley Central Station

Imagine how many empty properties are in central London, do you know what happens to these empty buildings? These buildings get damaged, and squatters can enter, there is thousands of pounds that gets wasted because these buildings are empty due to the Landlords not being able to sell them straight away! This company does up the properties temporarily and sell short term accommodation until the landlords have sold the business!

Working professionals get cheaper rent, these properties are funky and cool + the brand manages the maintenance and service until the working professionals move out!

We are after a Admin Assistant to come join the team!

Responsibilities:

Job Purpose

*To carry out administrative duties relating to the ‘onboarding’ of new Guardians.
*To assist the Relations Manager with admin tasks and queries relating to disputes, complaints and inspections.
*To ensure records are kept accurate and up to date.
*To process the termination of Guardians’ licences.
*To assist tenants with queries.
*To assist other departments with administrative queries and tasks.
*To assist with the daily running of the office.

Responsibilities:

*Ensure that the onboarding of Tenants is carried out in a timely and accurate manner and that the appropriate and correct documents have been provided.
*Ensure that all termination acknowledgements of tenancies are processed.
*Ensure that all follow up actions relating to onboarding of Guardians and terminations of licences are carried out on time.
*Provide all visitors support when they come to the office.
*Ensure all enquiries are dealt with whether directly by providing them with information or by sign posting them on to the relevant department in a timely manner.
*Respond to tenant Welfare and Inspection tasks in a timely manner keeping accurate records.
*Keep accurate records of complaints and actions.
*Serve notice to Guardians as requested following company policy and the law.
*Ensure warnings and breaches of licence agreement are addressed as advised by the tenant Relations Manager.

PLEASE NOTE: You will be required to be in the office, at this stage there is no working from home.
