They are looking for a Sales Manager/ Field Sales Manager covering the territory of: London & South East but based near Hertfordshire.

Paying £50k-£60k OTE £70k-£80K Uncapped Car Allowance OR company car.

This is a great time for progression for the right person, you can either be a sales professional looking to take that next step into management in the Logistics OR Publishing industry OR a Sales Manager/Field Sales Manager looking for a fresh new challenge.

The structure includes: Head of Sales you will be reporting into and then you will look after 2 Field Sales Executives. Once you have learnt the business, you will manage the entire sales team which includes, Account Managers, Field Sales and Internal Sales.

What will you be doing?

*You will be managing a team of Telesales, Field which includes AM & NB
*You could be going out on meetings and managing the teams KPI’s as well as looking after the KEY ACCOUNTS, cross selling and upselling with existing clients.
*We do require you to be 30 mins from the office as this is a Hybrid role
*Client meetings with existing accounts with your sales team
*Head office in HERTFORDSHIRE

What are we looking for?

*Supply Chain and Logistics Sales Management Experience/Publishing Sales Experience
*Minimum of 2 years B2B Field Sales management experience
*We are looking for Driven, Motivated and professional sales individuals.
*Covering the Territory: LONDON & THE SOUTH EAST – Management
*We would require you to sell and get involved, you have the option to do both or one
*Field Sales Manager – reporting into Head of Sales
