The Market Leader in Catering Equipment Services is looking for their next Senior Sales Manager/ Head of Sales.
£75k + OTE £20K + Car Allowance. They have some of the biggest clients in the UK & Internationally with a global footprint – we are not talking just Hospitality and Hotel clients only; we are talking large corporate brands including Buckingham Palace! Offices based in Berkshire and a presence across the globe.

The sales function you will be looking after is:

5 Field Sales Executives

5 Inside Sales

What will you be doing?

*You will be overseeing the Account Managers and the Service, Ops and Field Team.
*This brand really prides itself with its offering, they offer an outstanding service, but it may cost the client a slight premium.
*Your role as a Senior Sales Manager/ Head of Sales will be to take the strategy that has already been set & implement it your way.
*There will be a huge emphasis on training and developing the new members of the Field Sales team and be apart of the Graduate Programme. Training and development are a must in this role.
*You will not have your own target to sell, however you will be expected to help the Field Sales Team out on the road and attend any big tender meetings.
*The field sales team are based across the UK from Scotland down to the South Coast.
*You will have a variety of clients from large football stadiums, big financial institutions, health care brands to Buckingham Palace!
*This is a fantastic role for someone to come in an established brand and really sink their teeth into a role & make it their own.
*You will be in the office Monday-Friday due to the Internal team needing daily support.
*This brand is very well known for investing in Graduates, Juniors and progressing employees from the bottom to the top!

We are after a Service based Sales Manager, who loves to train, develop, and coach individuals! You must have sold a service or worked for a brand selling a service. Product Sales based people will not work due to the complexity of a Service.
