– Master of Multitasking: Show your organizational prowess, efficiently juggling various tasks in a fast-paced sales environment.
– Sales Achiever: Prove your mettle by consistently meeting and surpassing sales targets and KPIs.
– Telesales Savvy: While not mandatory, previous telesales experience is highly valued.
Key Responsibilities:
– Customer Whisperer: Delight in engaging with warm customer inquiries daily, proactively making outbound calls and scheduling call backs using our CRM system.
– Cycling Ambassador: Share your expertise on destinations, hotels, excursions, rides, bikes, flights, and additional travel arrangements to craft the perfect experience and close the deal.
– Connect the Dots: Work closely with venues, travel providers, bike suppliers, and other vendors to seamlessly book every aspect of our customers’ experiences.
– Target Thrive: Thrive under pressure by consistently meeting individual and sales targets, all while providing top-notch service.
– Customer Relationship Builder: Cultivate long-lasting relationships with customers and take the initiative to engage with them post-travel to inspire repeat bookings.
