Overview

A small and successful Logistics company based in Fareham are looking for an Internal Sales Executive/ Telesales/ Sales Executive to be phone based in the office apart of the Sales Team! They work in the UK and International shipping sector dealing with global and exciting brands! They offer an integrated system and service which has such a great reputation from clients. You will be selling International Pallets and Parcels. Paying £26k OTE £40K first year uncapped! Offices based in Fareham! They are such a lovely team.

This is a full 360 New Business Sales role, so please make sure you are aware this will involve cold calling clients, building relationships and making outbound calls – which will result in sales and then commission.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new sales opportunities and converting them to trading customers by prospecting and converting new leads. In addition, you will be required to maintain a high level of customer service with existing customers and leverage those relationships to expand business.

Key Accountabilities:

*Sell profitable new business within assigned territory by cold calling, cultivating leads and networking.
*Ensure monthly and YTD business revenue and profit targets are met
*Make customized presentations to various decision makers to close new business.
*Maintain and increase revenue streams with current key accounts in a specific territory.
*Master extensive knowledge of the brand and its products.
*Ensure high post-sale satisfaction and positive long-term relationships
*12 New business appointments per week
*You will be closing the full 360 sales so will the senior BDM’s who will be managing

Key Skills and Requirements:

*2 years successful and documented B2B sales experience
*Strong negotiation and communication skills (verbal and written)
*Demonstrable evidence of cold calling
*Computer Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (additional experience with a CRM system is preferred)
*Successful professional track record with solid achievements, rankings, or awards
*Transportation industry, Domestic or International sales experience highly preferred.
*Entrepreneurial attitude
*Ability to manage diverse workload
