Overview

We have got used to peace and quiet working from home, and having a space to work is so important, hence why only 2 years in, this business has doubled their turnover if not tripled, due to the success of their office pods and board room pods! They have the best sales role on offer, due to growth they are opening a whole new Lead Generation/Inside Sales Team in Buckinghamshire! They do NOT call this a cold calling role at all… here’s why this role is fab:

*You will get the luxury of over 700 visits to their websites a day, which means the customers are already interested… we just need you to build a rapport with them!
*Your Sales Manager will qualify the lead, find out who the decision maker is AND do some research for you before you make the call (This is while you are learning)
*You will just have great conversations with people who are already interested in the Office Pods
*They are happy for you to make 30 calls a day if they are qualified, and you get through to a few decisions makers
*They have an amazing inhouse database to help you
*The office is such a lovely environment, a cute office dog plus prosecco in the fridge! (For after work obviously)
*You will be working closely with the BDM’s and your job will be to book appointments for the 2 BDM’s who will close the meeting
*Once the deal has closed, you will earn commission on top of your basic!

*Basic is £25k-£35k + commission depending on experience
*We are after someone fun, warm, friendly – someone who is inquisitive ad loves to ask questions
*Lead generation experience or B2B Sales experience will be good but if you feel you have something about you… the Sales Director will train you!
Role based in Beaconsfield
You will get FREE parking at Waitrose
You must live 30 mins from the offices
23 days holiday + Bank Holiday + Birthday off
Hours can be 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm – they are flexible for the right person!
