Operation Coordinator – FMCG

My client has been in business for over 20 years and specialise within the health and beauty sector. They are an incredibly successful ecommerce business, that manufacture and distribute top selling products across UK & EU markets.

My client is looking for a resilient Operations Coordinator to support business needs by being the link between the corporate office, country managers and 3PL’s. Location: Milton Keynes, Hybrid working 3 days office, 2 days WFH.

What Does the Role Look Like?
To Assist in the day to day running of the 3PL operations and investigate/collect data to assist resolving stock issues and increase customer service levels. You should be excellent at evaluating inventory, efficient internal reporting, to reduce costs and streamline processes.

You Must Have:
* Proven Supply chain or operational experience 2 years+
* Understanding of 3PL management
* Experienced within order fulfilment (B2C)
* Good understanding of ERP System
* Strong interpersonal skills, detail oriented and able to coordinate/manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Experience with competitive analysis, consumer insights, positioning and business model creation.

Responsibilities:
* Work with 3PL operations to ensure all orders are delivered and investigate all failures.
* Work with production planners to ensure steady supply of inventory.
* Ensure we maintain stock integrity through regular cycle counts.
* Work closely with inventory to ensure that marketing is aligned (i.e., run out plans, out of stock situations, packaging changes, etc.).
* Identify challenges and opportunities for enhancements regarding promotions, reports, new products, programs, etc.
