Overview

THE COMPANY
My client is a leading supplier of construction products with a multi-branch network. They are looking for a Kitchen & Bathroom Sales Development Manager supporting branches in Devon, Dorset, Somerset and Cornwall for their kitchen and bathroom division.

THE ROLE
Developing and increasing business with existing customers as well as identifying new business opportunities.
Reviewing customer and product performance to maximise sales and profitability.
Working closely with sales and branch teams to ensure you play a key part in achieving budgets and targets across all showrooms in the area
To provide a liaison role between the showrooms and senior management team.
To successfully integrate the showroom operation within the daily operation of the branches and the group.

KNOWLEDGE/ EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Proven sales experience gained within the kitchen and bathroom industry, preferably within a trade environment.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for sales and customer service.
Strong negotiation skills at all levels
Ability to identify and understand business opportunities to drive sales and build long term relationships with customers.
Full driving licence essential.
