We have an exciting opportunity working for a Global Brand who have had a real switch from the Print world into the Tech world, as times have changed! They have a fantastic reputation and quite quickly transformed their business into a digital/tech offering. We are looking for a Major Account Manager/ Strategic Account Manager to join their Sales Team. £50k-£60k OTE Double. This Japanese brand will be looking for you to up sell Software and Hardware to clients who already have some sort of offering from them. How much can you network and really be a partner to your existing client? Territory: London and Southeast

Location/Territory: LONDON AND SOUTHEAST

Offices are in the: Southwest, London and Buckinghamshire – You can pick where you want to pop in!
You can WFH or go into the office when you are on appointments.

THE ROLE:

*You will get fantastic training!
*You will be working for a Global Marketing leading brand
*You will be working from home and
*This role is an Account Management role, but you will need to have a new business mentality within your existing accounts
*You will need at least 2 years B2B Strategic B2B experience!

YOUR EXPERIENCE: Very Important
*Experience of winning, managing and retaining major accounts
*Experience of working with Procurement , IT & C level contacts
*Strong research and solution focused sales experience
*Ability to prepare accurate sales forecasts
*Hands on experience of CRM
*Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
*Commercially astute and able to take a strategic view as well as tactical
*You will have a thorough understanding of: This is a MUST:
*Managed infrastructure (on-prem)
*Managed cloud hosting (IaaS)
*Managed remote desktop (DaaS)
*Managed disaster recovery (DRaaS)
*Managed backup (BaaS)
*Microsoft 365
*Experience of Business Process Improvement applications
*An understanding of Managed Print Services

KEY CHALLENGES

*Be accountable for every aspect of your customer’s relationship
*Follow robust, repeatable and measurable processes for the following activities; new business acquisition, account management (including service delivery where applicable), customer SOW growth and profitable retention.
*Work closely with all divisions to build campaigns and drive successful customer engagements
*Be responsible for Service Delivery into your accounts and its success by ensuring that Account Planning takes deliverable customer goals into the process
*Recognise that different customers will be in different contract phases, will have different needs and will require different approaches to the mix of Sales and Service Delivery
*Develop well targeted sales plans & strategies to maximise revenues and efficiencies in selling – in line with Engage and any future campaigns
*Ensure effective prospecting activity, customer research, up/cross selling and pipeline management
*Work with Marketing to define effective outbound activity to drive sales
*Lead solution development that best address end-user needs
*Work collaboratively with all areas of the business ensuring an aligned approach with solution selling
Ensure to continuously develop knowledge of products and offerings across the business through upskilling and self-learning
