As a Mortgage Broker , you will play a pivotal role in facilitating client’s home ownership aspirations purely in the New Build sector.
Your responsibilities include conducting thorough financial assessments, analysing mortgage options, and fostering relationships with clients, lenders, and industry professionals. Stay informed about market trends, collaborate effectively with the sales team, and contribute to a seamless client experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Assessments: Conduct detailed financial assessments to ascertain client’s eligibility and financial capacity.
Mortgage Advisory: Analyse and propose suitable mortgage options aligned with client’s financial situations and goals.
Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients, lenders, and industry professionals, ensuring smooth communication and processing.
Market Knowledge: Stay updated on market trends, interest rates, and mortgage products to provide informed advice.
Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team to enhance the overall client experience and contribute to collective success.
Requirements:
Proven experience in mortgage brokering.
Mortgage advice qualification (CeMAP or equivalent).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with mortgage-related software.
