Our Client is one of the best known brands in their field in the UK.They are now embarking on a period of growth in the UK and Europe and as a result
are looking for a recruitment manager who can grow with the business.
You will be managing the PSL,driving the recruitment strategy, and be actively involved in the recruitment for new sites and Head Office.
You must have experience of In- House recruitment
Manage and deliver a seamless end to end recruitment process from attraction through to offer
Lead the end to end recruitment process for all “Heads of” Department and other critical roles ensuring that the best candidates are appointed for each vacancy.
Manage the Recruitment Agencies
Look after candidates through the recruitment process.
Build relationships with internal stakeholders
Maintain recruitment spend within budget.
Manage ‘on – boarding ‘ of successful candidates.
Provide feedback and data around the recruitment process.
Knowledge & Experience
In a corporate head-office environment within a fast moving, multi site customer facing business such as Retail, Leisure or Hospitality:
Essential
* Proven success in an in house Recruitment role at Recruitment Manager level
* Experience of managing agencies
* Has worked in a role where the focus is on partnering with the business and driving recruitment excellence and best practice rather than just purely direct sourcing candidates and reducing spend
* Solid examples of implementing best practice recruitment processes
* Has created and delivered regular metrics, analysis, management reporting and dashboards, highlighting performance against key resourcing performance indicators, with insights and recommendations for improvement
* Is extremely well structured, organised and detail orientated
* Drives quality from external providers
* Able to demonstrate examples of partnering with hiring managers to create detailed recruitment briefs and using market expertise to influence and shape person specifications and requirements
* Interviewed and assessed candidates for roles across the organisation, up to and including senior management
* Up to date knowledge of recruitment law to ensure legal compliance
