A very well-known waste management brand is looking for a Regional Sales Manager/Field Account Manager to join the team to cover the East Midlands. They are an extremely ambitious company after acquiring a lot of businesses over the years to become bigger and better and they really pride themselves on Sustainability. This role requires you to have sold Hazardous/Non Haz Waste Services & have had experience in this service. £40k – £48K OTE £60k + Car allowance or car.
You & the Role?
*You must have experience in selling Haz Waste solutions, please don’t apply unless you know what help a customer would need when it comes to their hazardous waste.
*You must understand these Waste Streams: Acids, Chemicals, Powders, Aerosols, Oily rags, Flammable solids, Medicines, Sludges, WEEE waste, Resins, Solvents
*You must be a great strategic Account Manager, be able to really delve into the details of the client & identify where else you can help with
*You will be 1 RSM in a team if 8 others covering the UK
*You must be a team player & driven
*The role is split between 70% Account Management and 30% New Business, you will have around 350 accounts but mainly focus on the top 20 with the intention to also bring on New Business in the Territory
*Visit Customer sites to comprehensively list waste and obtain as much information as possible to pass to the technical team prior to collection
*Sample Waste Streams as and when required
*Support other members of the commercial team on large TWM bids with a hazardous aspect.
Territory: Post Code, LE, NN, OX, PE, MK, HP, SG, AL, CB, CM, CO, IP, NR
Leiscter, Northmapton, Peterborough, Milton Keynes, High Wycombe, St Albans, Chelmsford, Colchester, Northampton and other areas!
