Supervisor wanted for a growing fashion retailer

Location: Watford

Salary: £22-25k + bonus

Do you have Senior Sales experience within a retail environment, or have worked as a team leader? Looking for the next step up into Management? This is an excellent opportunity to achieve this.

Key Responsibilities

*Opens/closes store autonomously
*Leads, organizes & coordinates Customer Experience & drives KPI’s
*Stock Management
*Updates on Communication and feedback to the sales consultants
*Lead Team Briefs in the absence of Manager
*Motivate and inspire the Sales Consultants
*Co-ordinate and deliver training sessions

Customer Service/Sales

*Lead by Example to maintain and protect Brand Integrity
*Has significant impact on the sales results of assigned area/store
*Able to access, read and interpret key Business Reports
*Can make balanced, commercial decisions
*Coaches Individuals and Teams in the Selling Culture Sales Model

Candidate Profile
*Experience in a supervisory position within a retail environment
*Ability to work autonomously and give proactive guidance in a fast paced and dynamic
environment
*Empower the Team to put the Consumer at the Heart of what they do
*Excellent sales skills (actively engage with customers to promote sales and offer best in
class shopping experience)
*Able to prioritize work load, meet tight deadlines and specified standards
*Excellent organizational, planning and time management skills
*Ability to adapt to and implement Change
*Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage, motivate and influence others
*Commitment to their own continuous development and supporting others
